1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the bk39 platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held within a Player's bk39 Account at any given time.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event or casino game through the bk39 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player by bk39 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Device" means any computer, smartphone, tablet, or other internet-connected device used to access the bk39 platform.
• "Platform" means the bk39 website accessible at bk 39.io and all associated services, games, and content made available therein.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a bk39 Account and uses the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the bk39 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as stated in the relevant promotional terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any Bet on bk39, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bk39 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written.

2.3 bk39 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 13 for further details on amendments.

2.4 These Terms are presented in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or dispute.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the bk39 Platform in any capacity. bk39 enforces a strict 21+ policy. 21+ Any attempt to register by a person under the age of 21 is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance held.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player may hold only one registered Account on bk39. Registering or operating more than one Account — whether in the same name, under a different name, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held across all associated Accounts.

3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. bk39 may request documentary evidence to verify the information you provide, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). bk39 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identity documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point during the lifetime of their Account. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

3.5 Jurisdiction. You warrant that your use of the bk39 Platform is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.

4.2 All activity conducted through your Account — including all Bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

4.3 You must notify bk39 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, or if your login credentials have been compromised.

4.4 bk39 will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your full password. Any communication purporting to be from bk39 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

4.5 Your Account is personal to you and must not be used by, shared with, or transferred to any other person. Account sharing is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension.

5. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

5.1 The bk39 Platform is provided for your personal entertainment and recreational use only. Commercial use of any part of the Platform is prohibited without express written consent from bk39.

5.2 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk39 Platform:

• Placing Bets using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or disputed payment method funds.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting market.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical faults in the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to guarantee profit by exploiting bonus terms or odds differentials in a manner that abuses the spirit of the offer.
• Providing false identification or submitting forged documents during KYC or any other verification process.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or any other method designed to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Engaging in any conduct that bk39 reasonably determines to be dishonest, abusive, harassing, threatening, or harmful to other Players or to the Platform.

5.3 bk39 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including voiding Bets, withholding or forfeiting funds, suspending accounts, and reporting conduct to relevant authorities.

6. Deposits, Withdrawals and Balances

6.1 Deposits. Players may fund their Account using the approved payment methods listed on the bk39 Platform, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bk39 reserves the right to modify the minimum deposit amount at any time with reasonable notice.

6.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's Account balance within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. bk39 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

6.3 Withdrawals. Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) withdrawal to a payment method that matches the Player's verified identity.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. bk39 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, during public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

6.5 Matched Payment Methods. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit wherever possible. bk39 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of the payment method before processing a withdrawal.

6.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. bk39 may apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant Accounts after issuing written notice to the registered email address. Players are encouraged to log in periodically or to contact [email protected] if they wish to close their Account.

6.7 Currency. All Account balances on bk39 are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, it will be converted to BDT at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 bk39 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer.

7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before they may be withdrawn as real money. Specific promotions may carry different wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated.

7.3 Bonuses are intended for single use per Player. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once — including through multiple Accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension.

7.4 bk39 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.

7.5 Bonus Funds expire if not used within the validity period stated in the promotional terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account Balance without compensation.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 All Bets placed on bk39 are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all Bet selections, including event selection, market type, stake amount, and odds acceptance, before confirming a wager.

8.2 bk39 reserves the right to void any Bet in the following circumstances: (a) where the Bet was placed on an event that had already commenced or concluded at the time of placement and the Player was aware of the outcome; (b) where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; (c) where the Bet is connected to match-fixing, fraud, or other prohibited conduct; or (d) where the Bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

8.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, the result recorded by the relevant official governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, the live dealer studio provider for casino games) shall be the definitive result for settlement purposes.

8.4 All casino games on bk39 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are delivered by live dealer studios operating under their own regulatory approvals. bk39 does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.5 Maximum payout limits apply per Bet and per day. These limits vary by market and game type and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. bk39 reserves the right to adjust maximum payout limits at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the bk39 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of bk39 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bk39 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting, or distributing any Platform content without the prior written consent of bk39.

9.3 Game software made available on the bk39 Platform is licensed from third-party providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Habanero. Such software remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to the provider's own terms of use.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The bk39 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bk39 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds displayed, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk39 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 bk39's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 bk39 is not liable for any losses arising from: (a) service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers; (b) force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, or telecommunications failures; or (c) your failure to comply with these Terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

11.1 bk39 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing; failure to complete KYC verification; or at the Player's own request.

11.2 Where an Account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, bk39 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at bk39's discretion.

11.3 Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing period.

11.4 Self-exclusion requests are processed under the Responsible Gaming Policy. A self-excluded Account cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period. See Section 12 for further details.

12. Responsible Gaming

12.1 bk39 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered Players, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. 21+

12.2 Players who believe their gambling may be becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool or to contact the bk39 responsible gaming team at [email protected] for confidential guidance and support.

12.3 bk39 prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. It is the responsibility of Account holders to ensure that minors do not access the bk39 Platform through their Devices or Accounts. Players who share a Device with minors are advised to use appropriate parental control software.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 bk39 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, bk39 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email to the registered Account address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

13.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

13.3 Where you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure under Section 11.3. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the bk39 Platform, bk39 will first seek to resolve the matter through its internal complaints process.

14.2 To raise a formal complaint, Players should contact bk39 in writing at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint including Account username, the nature of the dispute, and any relevant supporting evidence. bk39 will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

14.3 bk39 does not accept any claim in respect of Bets placed more than 90 days prior to the date on which the complaint is raised, unless bk39 has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
